I’m a freshman at Jonesville High School. I like hanging out at Crossroads with my friends. I decided to be on Crew this year and see if I could build my relationship with God.
Levi Colley

My name is Levi Colley. I am a person that breathes. I believe myself to be quite funny yet at times can be very serious and down-to-earth. I have been at CRF for three years now and am starting my second year on the Leadteam. I like playing guitar and texting my friends.
Dalton Dobbs

My name is Dalton and I am a sophmore at Jonesville High School. I love playing soccer and am on the Varsity team. I decided to be on Crew this summer while helping out at the Student Center helping finish the mural on the wall. I also went to Hiawatha Youth Camp this summer and had a great time. I’m learning how to be a leader and to have fun here every Sunday night.
Hunter Esterline

Hello, I am Hunter Esterline. I attend Will Carleton Academy and am a junior there. I focus mainly on my academics. I have lived in Hillsdale my whole life and that drives my passion to share the love of God with the rural teens. I have been attending crf for three years and this is my second year on the student leadteam. To put it simply.....I LOVE IT!!!
Destini Forbes

My name is Destini and I’m a senior at Waldron High School. I wasn’t sure what being on Crew would be like. My church had only attended Crossroads big outreaches like the Murder Mystery and Road Warriors. I like playing volleyball and softball. Family and God are important to me, and I loved our training retreat so much I went back down to the Essenhaus to get my senior pictures taken. I scare easily and people wearing monkey masks make me scream like a little girl. I think being on Crew this year will be a great help in my life.
Emily Gollnick

My name is Emily Gollnick. Im 17 yrs old. Senior at RHS! I enjoy Cheerleading, Pageants, and Shopping. I’m a pretty fun person to get to know. and I’m almost always smileing. This is my first year on lead team staff and im suppper excited! =)
Chase Hookstadt

My name is Chase and I’m a junior at Fayette High School. I like to play sports and enjoy playing golf, basketball, baseball, and cross country. This is my first year as a Crew member and really didn’t know what is was I signed up for. My church is a member of Crossroads Farm RCI program. Paul is our new youth pastor, he’s pretty cool, but don’t tell him that, I don’t want him getting a big head or anything.
Sam Jones

This is Sam Jones speaking. I am a Freshman at my School of Home. I don’t do much of anything, I like to just hang out. I started coming to CRF in December of 2007, this is my first year on Leadteam. I am looking forward to a absolutely awesome year.
Troy King

My name is Troy and I’m a junior at Hillsdale High School. I like to golf, and play basketball. Last year was my first year coming to Crossroads and decided to be a part of the Crew after going to the ALIVE Festival this summer. It was a great music festival even though it rained almost every day.
Darley Lawson

Hey my name is Darley Lawson. I go to Hillsdale High school. I am probably the coolest person you will ever meet. I like to play football, bowl, and golf. My cousin Ben Rudnick likes to think he is better than me at golf but he is not. I played on the varsity as a freshman, and now as a sophmore, it’s a lot of fun. The things that I like to do in my spare time are practicing golf, going to the coolest place CRF, (I’m a first year student leader) and staying home to weight lift. This is just a little about me if you want to know more come up to me and talk to me, I’m not shy.
Ben Rudnick

My name is Ben and I am a junior at Hillsdale High School. I love to play golf. Even though Darley says he can beat me, he really can’t. I only let him win so he’ll golf with me so don’t tell him I told you that. I love going to Crossroads and usually volunteer to do the stuff that no one else wants to do. Last year year I won the arm wrestling competition for my team even though the other two guy I faced were bigger than me. Yeah, golfers are super strong athletes. I joined Crew to help me be a better Christian guy with the help of the other leaders here.
Justice Swarthout

My name is Justice and I’m a sophmore at Addison High School. I like to play football and run track. Last summer at the ALIVE Festival I got to listen to some of my favorite bands like Red, Haste The Day, The Devil Wears Prada, and Annberlin. I’m sort of a quiet guy but I know that being on Crew will help push my comfort level of being a Christian.
